BASELINE REQUIREMENTS
- Must be certified in area of expertise (Pilates Reformer, Mat Pilates, yoga, etc.)
- Experience and advanced certifications highly preferred
- Ability to properly cue each exercise in a clear, succinct manner
- Comfortable giving safe and appropriate hands-on adjustments
- Professional, reliable and open to feedback
- Embodying Love. Sweat. Pilates. with kindness and positive energy toward all members and guests
